Tracking your order after dispatch

Orders that are dispatched with a courier or with Royal Mail's International Tracked service have the tracking reference added to the order information on your Kallistra account.

Live tracking is activated when the courier has scanned your package, therefore it may take a little time for your live tracking to start working.

Delivery of your Order 

We take great care to ensure that your receive your order in perfect condition. All our products are carefully inspected, and carefully packaged to ensure you receive then in excellent condition. Orders under 2kg are usually dispatched with the Royal Mail. Orders over 2kg are usually dispatched by courier.

We pride ourselves with delivering a fast and efficient delivery service to all our customers.
Most orders for which all items are in stock are usually dispatched from Kallistra within 5 working days of receiving cleared funds, subject to delays resulting from holidays,illness or preparations for wargames shows.

If your order is delivered outside the UK, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and charges in the destination country, payable by the customer. Kallistra has no responsibility for these charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
