How do I contact Kallistra?

How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, Mastercard as payment for your online order and also payment via Paypal. If you wish to pay by personal cheque (in Pounds Sterling only), International Money Order (in Pounds Sterling only), UK Postal Order you will have to post your order to us.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, we have a minimum order of £10.
Will I receive confirmation of my order?
You will be sent an email confirming your order has been received. This will confirm product details, billing and delivery addresses.
Can I trace my order?
You can review your order status by logging onto your account.

Do I need to create an account?
There is no need to create an account to view Kallistra's website. However, the benefit to creating an account is that you do not have to enter all your details each time you visit our website to place an order. In addition you will gain access to extended website features, and add additional delivery address e.g. work, home and you can view your order history.
How do I create an account?
You can create an account any time by clicking on the 'login/Register' link at the top of the page. Alternatively you can add items to your basket then click on the 'My Basket' link and then the 'Go to Checkout' button on the Basket page. As a New Customer you will be asked to register, click on the link to register and then 'Login' to your account.
Product Information
Are all your metal miniatures cast in Lead Free pewter?
Yes, all our metal miniatures are cast to the highest standards using Lead Free Pewter here in the UK. Unless otherwise stated, our models are supplied unpainted and some may need assembly. Kallistra's miniatures contain small parts and are not suitable for young children.

Delivery Information
How will my order be delivered?
Orders under 2kg are usually dispatched with the Royal Mail and UK customers should receive their order within 2-4 days of dispatch. European customers within 10 days; USA, Canada and the Rest of the World within 30 days, although most orders are received within 14 days.
Orders over 2kg or oversized parcels* are dispatched by the most economic means, usually by courier.
(* The largest 'small packet rate parcel' sent using Royal Mail: 610mm x 460mm x460mm, over this is classified as and Oversized parcel and will be dispatched by the most economic means.)

Do you have a retail outlet?
We do not have a retail outlet. However, we do attend many wargames shows through out the year where you can see our products' in the flesh'. Due to our ever expanding ranges, and space constraints at show venues, it is not always possible to carry the full range of our products to shows. So please, to avoid disappointment, place your specific order requirements in advance, so we can bring it along for you to collect at your convenience from the Kallistra trade stand.
Is it safe to shop online?
Our website uses best practice for our web security. In addition, when you 'Check Out' your personal and credit card details are encrypted - you will see our URL will start with 'https'. However, as no data transmissions over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk.
Do you have any discounts?
Customers purchasing 6 packs of miniatures from Hordes & Heroes, ACW and AWI ranges, will automatically qualify for the army deal; Buy 6 packs and only pay for 5! Don't forget all our H&H and ACW packs contain bases, except for command, and some accessory packs.
