Kallistra is committed to supplying high qualitywargame products. In accordance with the established custom of the trade.

We will endeavour only to have products on our web site that are in stock and available for ordering. Products that are unavailable will be listed as such and will not be selectable.

Your contract will be with Kallistra Ltd, Company Registration:3598546 England.

Despatch of the product by Kallistra Ltd constitutes the acceptance and commencement of our contract to supply.

Distance Selling Regulations

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 7 working days after receipt. If you wish to cancel an order please contact our customer services within 7 working days after receipt. You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and they must be returned to us, promptly, at your cost. We can arrange collection of larger items, but you will be charged for this service at cost. We reserve the right to cancel any order.

Payment

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards and Paypal for online orders. Please note that your account will be debited on receipt of order at Kallistra Ltd. If you wish to pay by cheque you will need to post your order to us.

If your card issuer or bank refuses to authorise payment to us, we will contact you for further instructions. We will not be liable for any resulting delay or non-delivery.

Refunds are only payable to the purchaser of the goods. The refund will be issued to the original account/card you have paid previously. The original shipping fee and any insurance are non-refundable.

Online vouchers and order codes are personal to each individual and any inappropriate use is fraud. Kallistra Ltd reserves the right to cancel any vouchers or order codes at any time.

Vouchers can be redeemed over the telephone and online.

***Please note that Vouchers cannot be used as a payment method for the purchase of more Gift Vouchers, in full or in part.***

Prices

Online prices reflect the very latest price points for all products. However, Kallistra reserves the right to change prices at any time.

If, in error, a product(s) has been priced inaccurately, either at unit level or through the activation of a promotion in the shopping basket, we will not be liable to supply that item(s) to you at the inaccurate price, provided that we notify you before we have despatched the product. In such circumstances, we will notify you of the correct price and ask you to confirm or decline your order for the item(s) in question.

Most orders are shipped within 5 working days of receipt of order. We make a charge for picking and processing orders (P&P). All such P&P charges are shown separately and added automatically to your shopping basket.
