E-Gift Vouchers
E-Gift Voucher is available in multiples of £10.00. The voucher may be exchanged for any item in the Kallistra online catalogue, only through mail order. The voucher can be used against purchases of an equal or greater value upon payment of the difference.If exchange of goods of a lower value, no change will be given. Please note postage and packaging must still be paid for on mail order items. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. Each voucher is issued with its own unique identifying number and is valid for 12 months from the issue date.
After adding the item to your Shopping Basket, the value of the voucher can be increased by increasing the number in the Quantity box. A voucher of the total amount will be issued.
If you would like to personalise your gift voucher please add the recipients name in the notes box as you proceed through the check out.
The gift voucher will be issued in the form of a pdf. If you would like your Gift Voucher to be emailed to the recipient, please provide their email address.
Please note:
The shopping cart will show that postage has been applied to your Gift Voucher order. As all payments are processed manually through PayPal invoicing or over the telephone, this postage will be removed on processing your Gift Voucher. The recipient will receive a Gift Voucher equal to the total amount you have paid.
Please allow 5 working days for the Kallistra gift voucher to be emailed to the recipient. Please contact us if after 5 days you have not received the voucher.
