Does anyone here play H&H Medieval solo? Do the rules need any adjustments to make it more solo-friendly?
Any advice is welcome, thanks in advance.

Try it, I think it will work well as a solo game, as least as well as solo chess, but with vastly more variation due to the range of different armies that can be used and the addition of the chance factor.

Let me know how you get on.

I must admit that I do not enjoy going to wargames clubs these days , so I do play solo games a bit , or against my son sometimes I play a bit of Memoir 44 !

Thanks.
Well I have to admit I have downloaded the H&H rules very recently and even haven't red them properly. But as I am looking for a good set of solo rules I was hoping you could give me some advice.
I will try it myself, but it will be a "long term project"

I like going to my wargames club, but I also like playing solo as well.
Oh, and Gabz, I also play Memoir 44 with my 12 year old son occasionally. Mostly on holidays. :-)

Hi, Ran a solo battle of Hastings in 6mm with Kallistra hex system at the club the other night for a new player using all basic rules, seemed to work well with very few decisions having to be made for the "opposition" forces. think Paul is going to put up some info later.
