10mm game, home brew WWII rules

Post by Norm »

Sorry to cross post within the forum, but it seems this topic spans two boards that future interested parties might want to access.

I have been writing rules to get a WWII tactical game into a small space (pinboard sized) and have made a post showing a Kursk scenario being playtested with the rules. I have had the rules for several years, initially using them on a larger kallistra set-up (but with more generous movement rates) and then converted them over to a boardgame that used squares. This is the latest version, that has a number of improvements (I hope!)

I have added a brief overview of a re-run of that scenario before making changes, please see the last part of the post (under the sub-heading 'substantial edit'). I enjoyed the second game more than the first.
