Here are the Variag heavy cavalry and light cavalry, I used the mongol and samurai codes for these, the Swan knights are from the Teutonic range and the Easterling Light mounted archers are from the Korean code which work rather well

The hordes are massing, it's going to look great!

Cheers Sally they just keep coming! here are some half orc archers, orc bolt shooters and some Eastern inspired trolls ............

The latest figs, Eowyn, Elven Hero, Morgul Orcs, and some Gondor mounted captains, from the latest 100 year wars fig release and a dying snowmane marker figure.

If I get the chance before the show I will photograph ALL the units that will be used in the battle.........theres quite a few!

....then its just a question of starting on the Isengard campaign, Helms Deep , the fords of Isen here we come
