Getting ahold of Kallistra

Lately I have had no luck in emailing Kallistra and the email bounces. Anyone knows why?
I wrote this:
Hi Kallistra...
I have tried sending you a few emails the last week. Every one of them bounced. I also wrote on your website form and no reply there either. I wrote to these two mails:

info@kallistra.co.uk
What I wrote was this:
Hi Sally
A few weeks ago I received your castle and siege equipment. And I am very satisfied. I do have two smaller problems:
1). One of the trebuchets is missing the tiny handle bar.
2). Two of the 10 cm. wall sections were a bit two curvy and miscasted. Outside of that I enjoy it a lot and is painting it up at the moment.
