Hi,

Firstly, let me introduce myself.

My name is Geert Bulens, I am a wargamer from Belgium, and I play in a little club called "de Wargaming Monkeys". We play a lot of historical games, and almost no sci fi or fantasy. We started using Kallistra products a year ago and we are very happy with the quality and versatility of the scenery.

Below some pictures of a 28mm African skirmish we played a week ago. We used home made skirmish rules, and the scenario had as objective a british raid on a slavers settlement on the western coast of Africa. The grey walled sections werethe slave pens, and the big grey building the hous of the Slaver. The slaver had mercenaries who tried to stop the british, while the britsh had as objective to liberate the slaves and kill or catch the slave lord.

In the end the british won!

Hello Geert, the game looks great with plenty of terrain on the board. Are the hedges home made or commercial?

Home made. They were made using airfilters from above kitchenstoves, soaked in glue/water and painted in grren hues and clump foliage afterwards. They can be made for every scale available.

I hope this helps! If not, I will try to make a tutorial next time I build some.

nice looking game. I would be interested to see how you make those hedges as well. it's hard to get them for 10/12mm at a decent price anyway.
