Painting War of The Roses Yorkist and lancastrian Armies

Hi people.
I am at a loss! I have now taken delivery of £200 worth of Kallistra WOTR figures. I have a few questions!
1, How to I paint both sides up so I know who is who using the Kallistra rules?
2, I wanted to paint the troops in the livery of actual lords how do I do that when a unit is 4 stands? Do I paint each unit (4 stands) in the livery of a specific lord?
3, figures like levy bowmen and spearmen are they painted in livery colours or do I paint a random mix bag of clours.
