Assault on Hoth AT THE START OF EACH TURN AN EVENT CARD IS DRAWN TO DETERMIN WHAT, IF ANYTHING HAPPENS THAT TURN. EMPIRE THEN BEGINS WITH THE MOVEMENT PHASE...
